Our Team

Cristan is the Nurse Practitioner at Helton Physical Medicine & Wellness. Her
overall focus is wellness, including regenerative medicine, platelet rich plasma, joint injections,
trigger point injections, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and IV therapy. Her goal is
to improve the overall wellness of each patient by providing them with the education and
treatment needed to move forward with their health goals.


 

Her nursing career began in 2009 as a registered nurse after graduating from South Plains
College. In 2013, she attended West Texas A&M University and graduated in 2015 with a
Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

Cristan is certified with the American
Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a certified Evexipel hormone replacement
therapy provider. She is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners and the South Plains Nurse
Practitioner Association.


 

In her free time, she enjoys camping, going to the lake, and spending time with her family.
